• By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.• You are not authorized to change, modify, edit, or use any of my work without my permission.•Please understand, I do not make AI-generated designs. Please do not commission me if your character, model, or design is generated by AI.• Be sure to read the requirements for your commission on Ko-Fi. If you have any questions, you may contact me on any of my social media accounts.• Please include a proper reference sheet or reference images in decent quality.• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.• I reserve the right to use any of my works for promotions, examples, etc. unless told otherwise before the commission is started• I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.• All art I create, be it for myself or a client cannot be used for AI(artificial intelligence), be it for practice or otherwise. This applies to my adopts as well.• If any of my T.o.S is broken, disrespected or my work is stolen, traced or used for AI (artificial intelligence), you will be blacklisted and denied any further business.

• Please understand, commissions are not first come, first served and i will select them according to my time slots and what I'm able to work on at the time. Due to health issues, I'd rather give my work my 100% when I'm able to, and work on what I'm able to at the moment.
• All orders must be paid in advance, unless communicated otherwise. If communicated, 50% in advance is allowed, then the other 50% once the sketch and/or linework is approved.• Rushed orders are accepted, but will be an additional price of $100.• If you wish to use any of the art you've commissioned/bought from me for commercial uses (Stickers, clothing, etc.) Please understand commercial prices will vary• Once full payment has been received the piece will be fully completed and sent unwatermarked.• Payment plans are accepted but must be discussed before commissioning

There will be three revision periods:1. The first will be a heavily watermarked sketch or linework.
2. Once the sketch or lines are approved of, the second will be a watermarked flat colored version.
3. The final revision will be sent once the flat colored is approved, sending an almost finalized version.If there are anything that needs to be changed or touched up on during any of the three revisions, please, please, please be sure to state so before the next steps are started and give any details of what would be changed. If the piece is finalized after being approved for all there, there will be no other revisions given.

• Please understand I do art fulltime as well as help take care of my elderly mother. I also deal with a lot of things medically myself ranging from severe pain to episodes. If you'd like it by a specific date, please be sure to let me know in advance, or a rushed order can be made to make the commission top priority.• Completion time ranges from a month to two months, depending on place in queue, payments and communication times and health.

• All commissions purchased by the client are for personal use only, unless commercial use is paid for in addition to their order.• Clients are prohibited from using any commission work from me for NFT (non-fungible token) & cryptocurrency.• If the commission is uploaded to twitch or any other sites, please be sure to credit @FinnyFineArts or @/FinnyFineArts as well as any base artists if a base was used.

• If the customer requests a refund before the commission is started, they will receive a 50% refund. If it is requested after commission is started and approved, they will NOT receive a refund. If a problem occurs, I would prefer you talk to me. Forcing a chargeback, or constant harassing for a refund will result in a permanent ban.• I reserve the right to refund you if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

• Please be sure to provide as much detailed feedback as possible to help keep the commission process moving smoothly and on schedule.• Works in progress will be heavily watermarked and provided through either discord or twitter (please be sure to state which you'd prefer along with contact info.)
